You will receive one email proof of the items you've ordered. It is our policy not to move forward on printing without your written approval to do so. We don't like printed errors any more than you, and we make every effort to input the text just as you have, but we are only human, so regardless of the text you input, this is your opportunity to review and correct ANY ERRORS (ours our yours) BEFORE PRINTING. If you choose to make changes after the first proof is sent, please note that there will be a $5 charge for each additional round of proofing to cover our time in making those revisions.
We do make every effort to catch and correct problems before they are printed, but once you sign off on the proofs we cannot refund OR reprint your order without additional charges.
Due to the customized nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept returns. We do not issue merchandise credits unless the items you receive are somehow defective.
Paper Stock
We print on bright white card stock. Items that are intended to be mailed independently (invitations, announcements, note cards) come with premium white envelopes, which are included in the price.
Turnaround Time
We try to send your email proofs within two to four business days (that's Monday through Friday) of receiving your order. Once we have received your approval to move forward with printing, we can typically print and ship your order within two to four business days. During times of high volume, we will post a deadline for receiving your order on our home page.
Pretty please, don't wait until the very last minute to ordered dated materials. Boy, does that stress us out! Etiquette dictates that you mail a MINIMUM of two weeks prior to a young child's party and three to four weeks or more for older children and adults. People are busy, busy, so give them fair warning to pencil you in on their social calendars. If you place your order a month or more in advance, that leaves you with a little cushion for times of high volume, shipping snags, etc.
If you have questions or special requests, please include those in the Comments section during the checkout process. Thanks!
